The terms of membership.

• Membership is free and by invitation. One account per person; your pass works on one phone at a time.
• Venues and brands set their own welcome rate, member rate, privileges and offers, and may change them. The app always shows the current ones.
• You pay the venue directly. REZO HUB does not charge you or take payment.
• Confirm only the visits you made, at the amount you paid. Flag any amount that is wrong.
• Event places are limited. If you cannot come, give your place back in the app so someone on the waitlist can take it.
• We may pause an account that misuses passes, invitations or rates.
