REZO HUB (“we”) runs the REZO HUB app and rezohub.com. This page explains what we keep about you and why. Questions: hello@rezohub.com.

What we keep

• Your name, mobile number and email, and the photo on your pass.
• Your visits (date, venue, bill, rate and amount paid), your booking requests, saved venues, communities and event places.
• How you use the app (pages opened, searches), so we can suggest the right venues and events.
• If you request an invitation on this site: what you send us in the form.

What venues see

• When staff scan your pass: your first name, last initial and photo, to check it is you.
• When you ask a venue for a booking: your name, phone and email, so they can confirm it with you.
• Their results: totals only (visits, amounts, busiest days), never a list of members.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information.
• We send you suggestions and offers only if you agreed, and you can stop them anytime in Me.

Your choices

You can see and edit your details in the app, and ask us to delete your account by writing to us.
